Refund Policy

Digital content, delivered instantly

Each report is personalized digital content, generated from your own assessment answers and made available immediately after payment. Because delivery is instant and the content is created specifically for you, reports are, as a rule, not refundable once generation or access has begun.

At checkout you are asked to consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, statutory withdrawal rights may no longer apply once the report has been generated or accessed.

When we WILL refund

We will gladly refund an order in these cases:

1. Duplicate payment for the same assessment.
2. Technical failure — you paid but the report could not be generated or accessed, and we cannot fix it promptly.
3. The report was never generated for any other reason attributable to us.
4. Unauthorized or mistaken payment, confirmed through our payment provider.
5. Where applicable consumer law or Paddle's policies require a refund. Some jurisdictions provide non-waivable cancellation rights for digital content; nothing in this policy limits them.

How to request

Email support@lifeastree.com from your checkout email address with your order reference, or contact Paddle (the merchant of record shown on your receipt). We aim to respond within 2 business days.

After a refund

When an order is refunded or subject to a payment dispute, access to the associated report is closed. Your data rights under our Privacy Policy are unaffected.
